The Sprints jaguars want you to be happy with your purchase. For that reason, we accept returns/exchanges within 31 days of the initial order date. Conditions include:

• Returned or exchanged items must be in the same condition as delivered to you, meaning they are unworn, unused, and undamaged.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• All purchases made via Tapjoy and/or through mobile gaming are final.
• All returns must be processed via the portal above. Do no send using your own return label. 
• Credits will be issued after we receive, inspect and process your return.
• Orders shipped outside of the United States are responsible for return shipping fees.
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order, as Sprints Inc. is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements in these cases, and we recommend attempting to retrieve the package from the address you entered at checkout.
• Holiday Extended Return Policy: to make sure you can gift everyone in your life Sprints gear, holiday purchases made between November 1 and December 15 have an extended return period. Items purchased in this window have until January 16th to begin the return process. If it's January 17th you may seek other options like white elephant parties or regifting (we all know you do it).
