The Sprints jaguars want you to be happy with your purchase. For that reason, we accept returns/exchanges within 31 days of the initial order date. Conditions include:

• Returned or exchanged items must be in the same condition as delivered to you, meaning they are unworn, unused, and undamaged.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• All purchases made via Tapjoy and/or through mobile gaming are final.
• Credits will be issued after we receive, inspect and process your return.
• Orders shipped outside of the United States are responsible for return shipping fees.
• Holiday Extended Return Policy: to make sure you can gift everyone in your life Sprints gear, holiday purchases made between November 1 and December 15 have an extended return period. Items purchased in this window have until January 16th to begin the return process. If it's January 17th you may seek other options like white elephant parties or regifting (we all know you do it).
